1. Licence to use SOUKET
SOUKET is completely free and may be used for personal and commercial music creation.
Subject to these terms, you may download, install and use SOUKET. Providing it free of charge does not transfer copyright or other related rights in the software, nor does it mean that the software is provided under an open-source licence.
2. Installer distribution
Redistribution of SOUKET installers is not permitted. This includes uploading them to third-party websites, cloud drives or download platforms, or providing them together with other products or services.

Where applicable law provides otherwise, that law prevails.
3. Your materials and works
Rights in the sounds you import, manage or process, and in works you create using SOUKET, are determined by their existing rights and relevant licences. REST NOTE LAB does not acquire ownership of these materials or works merely because you use SOUKET.
You should ensure that you have the right to use the relevant materials and comply with their licence conditions.
SOUKET may be used for commercial creation, but this does not automatically grant commercial-use rights for third-party samples, recordings or other materials. Whether materials may be used in commercial works depends on their original licences.
4. Website content and brand assets
Text, designs, images, software screenshots, logos and other website content are subject to rights held by REST NOTE LAB or the respective rights holders.
Except as permitted by law or otherwise authorised, you may not copy, modify or distribute this content without permission. You may not impersonate REST NOTE LAB or SOUKET to publish products, provide support or conduct other activities.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website and SOUKET, please comply with applicable law and respect the lawful rights and interests of others.
You may not attack or disrupt related services, distribute malware, abuse contact channels, or use the website or software to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
6. Updates and support
We may release feature updates, bug fixes and compatibility adjustments for SOUKET. Their contents and applicable conditions are described in the corresponding release notes.
You may report issues to support@restnotelab.com. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not commit to fixed response times, update schedules, or compatibility with every system and third-party application.
7. Availability and responsibility
We will make efforts to maintain the website and software, but cannot guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every use case.
Please keep appropriate backups before processing important materials or works. If something goes wrong, we recommend stopping the relevant operation and reporting the issue to us.
The responsibilities of both parties are determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restrict your statutory rights.

The website or software may provide links to third-party websites, resources or services. Their providers are responsible for third-party content, and their own terms and privacy rules apply.
